NEWUI: AI/ML Redesign App
NEWUI is an up and coming design app that enables users to redesign their interfaces, make quick design decisions, and speed up the SDLC process. Facing competitors that didn't exactly fit the market, my challenge was to create an MVP that held to be a disruptor in the 10B Design software market. My goal was to create the Web app, creating seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable experience for users, ultimately bringing investment and user satisfaction.

Challenge
NEWUI needed a simple interface, since investment was important to procure-to scale the business. After doing user interviews and finding pain points, NEWUI found it common that their personas wanted to stop spending over 4 months redesigning/modernizing an interface, or internet experience.
Results
I achieved a simplified and more user-friendly MVP in just 3 weeks. My streamlined approach led to a 30% reduction in redesign costs, freeing up resources for other essential business needs. User feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with increased engagement and retention rates. Most notably, the UI/UX played a pivotal role in attracting investor interest, showcasing the NEWUI's user-centered focus, quick results, and growth potential.

Process
Research & Analysis: I conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. I also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, I restructured the web-app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: I designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, I built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: I conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, I made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: I developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.
