This allowed us to gain deep insights into user pain points and their specific needs. Furthermore, we closely examined competitor apps and industry trends to extract valuable insights.

Information Architecture: Building upon our research findings, I strategically restructured the navigation and content hierarchy. Features and information were meticulously prioritized to align with the precise needs of our users, ensuring a more user-centric design.

Wireframing & Prototyping: I began the design process by creating low-fidelity wireframes, providing a visual representation of the redesigned layout and navigation. These wireframes were continuously refined based on user feedback. Subsequently, I developed a high-fidelity, interactive prototype, allowing us to comprehensively test the design.

Usability Testing: With a diverse group of users, I conducted rigorous usability tests to validate our design choices and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Feedback from these tests was invaluable in making necessary adjustments to optimize the user experience.

Visual Design & Style Guide: To maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand and product design, I developed a cohesive visual language, encompassing color schemes, typography, and iconography. This served as the foundation for design consistency across the app and beyond, reinforced by the creation of a comprehensive style guide to guide future updates.
